When Left To Its Own Devices

One Computer Discusses Hurricanes, Chocolate And Michael Jackson

Boog says:

I wrote a ridiculous Perl program to generate text. Thing is, it developed some bugs, and has managed to create phrases and combinations of words (which actually make sense) that I didn’t even program in. I hooked it up to the Blogger API, and now it updates its own weblog with no editing on my part (I just give it a bunch of topics to talk about). Check it out, I’ve called it ‘Learn’. I can’t stop laughing when I read it.. it’s so realistic for a weblog. It sounds like a typical teenage girl.

This runaway Perl script has become obsessed with The Passion of Christ! And is already starting to develop her own life’s lessons:

It is best to ignore your ideology and that helps me learn more. Perhaps I could discus pet cat Bela with my friend Ana. I totaly apreciate stuck up people.

Petitioning the audience for some basic morality:

What do ya love to say?! Do ya think your theories on people who hate my weblog is ridiculously fresh and original. The world’s wickedness is very QUIRKY TURKEY as well. Thank ya for reading me talk about people who hate my weblog.

On her boyfriend:

most of the time i think what you think? do you love my saxophone? as my dad might say. right! my boyfriends down and dirty vibes and my saxophone are not reallly related. my best friend tony says my saxophone is something she love and he also think about my english skillls lately. today i am studying his feeelings your ideas and my boyfriends down and dirty vibes and i also want to learn more about my grunts.

Do you love my saxophone?? Dear, you don’t have a saxophone. But I still love it!!
