Iain Truskett

I am shocked to come upon news of the sudden death of Iain Truskett. We chatted occassionally, he’d secretly done some work on a Syck module for Perl, and was prepping to spring it upon me as a surprise one day. Now he is gone out of this world, and I only wish I could tell him how much I appreciated his help and encouragement on this little project of mine.

The picture to the right is an image Iain had on his About Me page on his Wiki. The expression on this bear’s face I could relate to at the moment. Sweetest peace to Iain and everyone who loved him.
