Steps to take to replace your iPhone battery

Proceed to remove the metal battery connector from the bracket then using the plastic opening tool, remove the battery connector from the socket. Once this is done, you should peel back the adhesive away from battery towards the bottom of the phone. Continue to pull until when the battery is free from the rear case.
Step 7: Replace.
Once the iPhone’s battery is removed, retrace the steps in reverse to fix the new battery to the iPhone. During the reverse process, make sure each cable is placed where it was disconnected earlier. Every screw whether 3.2mm or 1.2mm should be screwed back to the same position they were unscrewed from. This process should be carefully done until when everything is back in place.
