Note: Make sure to enable Unknown Sources under System Settings to allow for installation of third-party addons.
Steps to install Diamond Kodi build
Step 1: Launch Kodi and go to Settings
Step 2: Next, click System settings
Step 3: Hover over the addons tab and select Unknown sources. A prompt will appear, select YES.
Step 4: Now go back to the System window and click File Manager
Step 5: Double click on Add Source
Step 6: Select None enter the source URL
Step 7: Enter the following address and click OK.
Step 8: Next, enter a name for the media source and click OK. You can use any name you prefer. In this case, we are going to name it ruby.
Step 9: Go back to your Kodi home screen and open the Add-ons menu
Step 10: Click the ‘open box’ icon on the top left corner
Step 11: Select install from zip.
Step 12: On the resulting window, look for ruby or the name you assigned your media source.
Step 13: Next, click INSTALL_DIAMOND_REPO
Step 14: In the pop up window that appears, click repository.Diamond-Wizard-Repo.zip
Step 15: Wait for the Add-on installed notification to appear and proceed to the next step.
Step 16: Select install from repository
Step 17: Click Diamond Wizard Repo on the following window
Step 18: Click Program add-ons
Step 19: Click Diamond Build Wizard
Step 20: Click the Install button
Step 21: The Diamond build wizard is now being installed. This may take a few minutes and you will see a Diamond Build Wizard Add-on installed notification when the process is complete.
Step 22: Once the Diamond build wizard is installed, a series of pop ups will appear. Click Dismiss to close them and go to the Kodi home screen.
Step 23: From the Kodi home screen, click Program add-ons and open the Diamond Build Wizard
Step 24: The Diamond build wizard menu will appear. Select Builds
Step 25: Choose the Diamond build form the left column and click Fresh Install. If you want to retain your existing addons, select Install.
Step 26: If you have selected the fresh install, the DB wizard will require you to confirm your selection. Click YES.
Diamond build wizard will start to download and install the Diamond Kodi build. This may take a few minutes. Make sure your device stays connected to the internet to avoid errors in the installation process.
Step 27: When the download is complete, a prompt will appear asking you to force close Kodi. Click OK.
You’ve now successfully installed the Diamond build. On relaunching, your Kodi will have a fresh interface, a collection of new addons and lots of streaming content.
