Caught in My Filters: Poignant PDF, Korean #
While cleaning my pending messages today for one of the poignant lists, an incredible thing lept out at me. Well, a couple actually.
- Leon Spencer’s nicely formatted edition of Why’s (Poignant) Guide to Ruby.
- and, Kang Chang Ki’s collaborative Korean translation is hopping along, just wrapped up chapter 3.
I’ve recently been tooling with a new design. It’s too blue. But it has a bunch of vital fixes and I’m getting closer.

Ohhh! I love the new design. Very cool and “hard written”.

I loved the old, warm, ruby-red design :(

I pray for a new RedCloth release, in order to be able to build The Poignant Guide from sources ;)

Yes, the new design is pretty much too blue. Specifically, too much same blue. The ToC might use a darker shade than the content itself.
But actually I don’t care as long as the Adverrtissements stay. =)

p602: Why not try MouseHole and the hoodwinked.rb user script?

This is awesome, man! I mean look at the plot, look at the foxes, my God, look at the Goats! I’d pay good money to read such a book. Heck, I’d pay good money for my mother in law to read it!

Aha! Yes…. mousehole does not require greasemonkey—a new revelation to me. Wonderful indeed. Hoodwinking in Galeon!
