You tried logging out and logging in? From the error logs, it looks like an old stale cookie.

I’m getting “missing library – htree” these days, but from the Windows executable which I thought was supposed to have all the stuff included. That and, when it doesn’t complain about this, it frequently cuts off the rear end of the web page it’s supposed to be mangling.
